According
to an article on the StatesMan, Texas federal government
is in the process to create Senate Bill 10, a bill that will not only
provide safer public education system but, allow the testing of mental health
issues from a young age. The reason behind this is due to previous and recent
school shootings and to lower suicide rates. The article itself is worth
reading because not only does it contain information about the cost of the bill
but it gives insight to what this bill is willing to do for the children in
education and allow for a better world of treatment coinciding with
professional health care to ensure good mental stability and give federal
workers a better understanding of mental health cases in Texas.
